Yoga, Mindfulness & Meditation
Yoga is a way of life, rather than a particular ideological or cultural paradigm. It is the practice of living life life, expanding in all areas of our existence and creating unity. We teach and support clients to make deep transformations, expand into their ever-evolving Self, experience the sheer brilliance and bliss of life and evolve their consciousness.
Rooted in the ancient Himalayan-Yog Vedantic and Tantric traditions, the teachings integrate radical and relevant wisdom with meditation; pranayama (breath work); techniques form the Kundalini and Kriya Yoga traditions; deepening connection and devotion through Laya, Bhakti and Sufi practices; the healing power of sound and mantra; free movement; Hatha Yoga asanas; sustainable dharmic living and personal sadhana practice.
These practices are not separate from life, but rather are practical, systematic science of enlightenment and evolution of consciousness; going well beyond the yoga mat and infusing with all aspects of life.
Natasha Anand Boojihawon has trained with the Sattva Yoga Academy in the Himalayas under visionary Guru Anand Mehrotra. Dedicated to her own growth, evolution and expansion Natasha inspires through her own example by serving unconditionally, showing up in her local and global communities.

How We Work & What to Expect
Practicing yoga is a sustainable and consistent way to work through and shift the inner workings our mind, our patterns, conditioning and trauma as well as the energy and physical bodies. We have the opportunity to refine and condition the mind and body, whilst stabalising into the heart.
We create packages rather than deliver individual sessions, because we believe that making a commitment both from the client and therapist perspective is better for the overall journey and wellness outcomes.
We will always undertake a consultation and decide with the client where we shall start as well as what’s needed to create safety and trust. We always empower our clients to self-lead.
You can expect to be held, feel safe and in control of this process and for the session to move at the pace you feel comfortable.
The session mostly takes place on a yoga mat and cushion with seated postures. If the session is happening online, you will have to create a safe space where you will be undisturbed.
